Services characterised by genuine participation and empowerment        CBR Matrix, WHO CBR Guidelines 2010  Given the broader nature of disability inclusive development, enterprise   covers a wide range of themes related disability rights and participatory development.   Main areas of work however are focused on: research and data management,   policy/strategy development, institutional capacity building, M&E and disability rights.    Technical expertise Project management: socio-economic development initiatives in Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) International participatory/emancipatory research (qualitative & quantitative SPSS/CSPro/Epidata) Policy analysis and strategy development M&E expertise for program, policy and organisation Capacity building: coordination, developing partnerships and technical training on reporting and monitoring of policies or programs (i.e. CRPD) Disability rights protection planning - legal reform and advocacy Drafting reports and publications Experience working on Technical Assistance projects with UN system, non-governmental organisations and government agencies Multilingual services (English, French, Spanish and Arabic)
